She has a great sense of humor and, having grown up in Alaska, is always ready for an Adventure. Service Coordinator Mike McDonald Mike is primarily responsible for pulling permits and scheduling inspections for our residential and commercial projects. He is a team player with an ability to learn new things quickly. This enables him to easily support other employees or lend an extra hand. Mike is dependable and punctual, works hard and is full of laughs. In his free time, Mike is an avid reader and a master at video games. Project Coordinator Michaela Grosh With years under her belt at Advantage, Michaela has seen Advantage grow and change. She is an avid multi-tasker and loves seeing the multiple personalities and skill sets of a team come together to accomplish a goal. Her priorities are primarily inward facing as she helps the big picture of Advantage integrate with the day-to-day. Michaela helps to keep the commercial jobs organized, keeps our internal systems up to date, and our office needs met.
