Ben Pautzke
With Advantage: 11 years
In HVAC Industry: 27+ years
From a one-truck beginning to Advantage growing into a highly reviewed and multi-department company, both Ben and Melody have been blessed to have the industry’s best people work for us.
Ben and Melody’s goal has always been to create an organization that provides good solutions for a fair price. From customers to employees, Ben and Melody work hard to improve the environments and lives of those around him.

Anna Bartha

Anna has worked in an array of fields including education, finance, business and organization management, and customer service.

Her desire in every opportunity is to serve others well with respect, efficiency, and integrity. She enjoys an active lifestyle with her family, whether it be on the soccer field, dojang, gym, or volunteering in the community.

Nathan Moffitt
with Advantage: 5+ years
In HVAC Industry: 19+ years
Nathan started with Advantage as a Commercial Field Installer, advanced to becoming a Project Coordinator, and is now our Commercial Estimator.
His experience in all aspects of commercial work makes him a knowledgeable and accurate estimator for large projects. Nathan takes great care to give our customers a competitive and thorough quote for their projects. Outside of work, Nathan loves sports. He plays softball and coaches high school basketball.

Jon Pitzer

In HVAC Industry: 24+ years
Jon has been our Commercial Project Manager for more than 3 years.
He ensures that the HVAC systems Advantage provides for our commercial contractors and clients are installed with integrity and quality and adhere with the latest industry standards. Jon takes pride in quality control, productivity, and the positive relationships he maintains with general contractors, local building departments, and the other trades on jobsites.
In his free time, Jon enjoys camping, fishing, and hunting.

Abe Howell
with Advantage: 1+ Years
In HVAC Industry: 21+
Abe comes to Advantage with over 20 years in the HVAC industry as a commercial lead installer. His experience along with his friendly and positive attitude help make him a great liaison for field and office teams. He works directly with our commercial employees on site to ensure they are set up for success and on track with project timelines.

Abe values family time, and loves to sing, play his guitar, and just being outdoors.

Briana Woods

Bri is a true “Jill of all Trades”. She prides herself on providing excellent customer service and is always seeking to learn and improve. You’ll often hear Bri asking “What else can I do?”
When you need a quote for your residential equipment installation, she will be the one meeting with you to discuss your options and will be your point of contact throughout your project.
Bri can be counted upon to provide you with the best solutions and pricing possible to fit your HVAC needs.

Tyler Pautzke
with Advantage: 9 years
In HVAC Industry: 9+ years
In the 8 years that Tyler has been working with Advantage, he has seen us grow from a company with one truck and several employees to the well-established company that it has become today.
He believes in quality over quantity, values teamwork and comradery, and is a valuable source of information and experience to his team. It’s not unusual to find the installers in his office once they’ve clocked out for the day chatting about their projects or life in general.

Tyler has completed thousands of jobs with Advantage over the years, both residential and commercial, including ACs, furnaces, boilers, house builds and additions, roof top units, mini splits, heat pumps, VRF, and more!

When given the chance, Tyler enjoys getting away to fish.
Service Manager
Chris Hofmann
With Advantage: 5+ Years
In HVAC Industry: 25+ Years
Born and raised in Colorado Springs, Chris has over 24 years in the HVAC Industry. He started out installing and replacing equipment and after 12 years moved to being a service technician and repairing units. His courteous and professional character, and his extensive history help make him a great technician and respected team member.
​
In the time Chris has spent at Advantage, he's repaired, maintained, and helped install hundreds of units from boilers, AC units, furnaces, mini splits, rooftop units, humidifiers, and more for both commercial and residential locations.
​
When not in the office, Chris bowls in a league, gets away for a camping trip, and spends time with his family.
Permit Coordinator
Terry Pautzke
With Advantage: 6+ Years
In HVAC Industry: 6+ Years
Terry is Advantage's go-to guy for meeting with inspectors. When you have an inspection scheduled, it will likely be Terry that coordinates the inspection.

He's a man of strong values and a great sense of humor. Terry loves to be outside, and tells us frequently he can out fish both of his sons any day.

Carol Mathews

Most likely Carol’s voice will be the first one you hear when calling Advantage. She comes to us with years of customer service experience. She is well organized and a stickler for details.
Carol takes pride in accommodating our customers’ needs for service as well as coordinating our team of technicians. She has a great sense of humor and, having grown up in Alaska, is always ready for an Adventure.

Mike McDonald
With Advantage: 2+ Years​
Mike is primarily responsible for pulling permits and scheduling inspections for our residential and commercial projects. He is a team player with an ability to learn new things quickly. This enables him to easily support other employees or lend an extra hand.
Mike is dependable and punctual, works hard and is full of laughs. In his free time, Mike is an avid reader and a master at video games.

Rachell Champion
With Advantage: New to Advantage
Introducing Rachell, our skilled admin for commercial projects and expert in data entry for accounts payable. With her attention to detail and dedication to accuracy, Rachell ensures that all commercial projects are executed seamlessly and all accounts are managed efficiently.

In addition to her professional skills, Rachell has a passion for horses and a great sense of humor. She approaches each new task with a positive attitude and a smile, ready to tackle anything that comes her way. Her enthusiasm and dedication make her an asset to our team and a pleasure to work with.

Michaela Grosh
With Advantage: 8+ Years
With years under her belt at Advantage, Michaela has seen Advantage grow and change. She is an avid multi-tasker and loves seeing the multiple personalities and skill sets of a team come together to accomplish a goal. Her priorities are primarily inward facing as she helps the big picture of Advantage integrate with the day-to-day.
Michaela helps to keep the commercial and residential projects organized, keeps our internal systems up to date, and our office needs met. Her husband also works for Advantage in the residential field and Mik can often be overheard singing in the office.
