In order to qualify for any extended warranties, registration MUST be completed within 90 days of install; otherwise your units will be given the default warranty.
New Unit Install
Inspection
Your new equipment must be inspected to ensure that it meets local building codes.
Regional Building Departments allow us to pick a business day for your inspection(s) but unfortunately not a time. Inspectors arrive on the scheduled day between 9 am and 5 pm. We are provided a three hour estimated arrival window on the day of the inspection.
On the day of inspection, around 9:30 a.m. the inspectors should post what number you are in their route so we have a better estimate of their arrival time. When the inspector is about 60 minutes out, our representative will receive a call ahead from the inspector and will relay the message to you.
Things you must know:
• Inspections must be Monday - Friday

• Be within 30 minutes of travel from your house for entire day.
• Someone 18 years or older must be on site.
• CO Detectors must be installed on each floor with a living space.
