Following a flood in our home, Advantage got us on the schedule quickly and did a fantastic job walking us through the investigation of our furnace. Travis, our tech, was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. In fact, while checking our hot water heater, he discovered what likely caused the flood in the first place (which our plumber, who came by earlier in the day, missed).
